Our process begins by obtaining input on blanks from expert fishermen, we establish design objectives and when combined with our advanced proprietary blank design software, we design mandrels and carbon fiber flag patterns to obtain the exact actions our expert fishermen demand
Every element of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Grand Prairie, Texas is engineered to rapidly respond to customer’s unique product specifications in a highly cost-conscious and time-sensitive manner.
We developed the most advanced blank design software in the world, and we use it to design every blank in the line-up. Our software accurately predicts physical properties such as weight, diameters, and wall thickness. These factors are important, and the best blank companies in the industry calculate these parameters, too.
Our software goes farther. Actually it goes much farther. It uses differential equations to determine dynamic loading factors. We calculate the bending moment at one inch increments along the blank. We also calculate the load bearing ability of the blank at different load angles. In common terms, we can determine the amount of “high sticking” a blank can endure, and we use this data to ensure maximum endurance is built into every blank.
We can also predict where the spine exists in the blank, and how pronounced it is. This enables us to minimize the spine effect on the action, if desired.
Our paints and process for applying them are designed by experts in the paint industry.
